Lowcounrty Case and Millwork Fire

Rescue Squad Members were called upon to assist C&B Fire Dept at a Commercial Structure Fire on November 20, 2003 at about 9:00 PM.

Also assisting was Carmoi, Pine Ridge and North Charleston City Fire Dept's along with Charleston County EMS.

Rescue Members open up and external wall to access the large volume of trim and wood stock burning on the outside of the wall.

Member of NCFD Truck 2 penetrate the smoke to open up the roof.

Members remove outer wall, and insulation to gain access to fire still in the walls.

Rescue 8 is used to provide lights (inside and outside) and tools on-scene.

Caromi Fire Fighter overhauls whats left of a wall after it was destroyed by a master steam used to knock down the bulk of the fire.
